Program Overview

This project is a partnership with United Way Miami for UpSkill Miami. UpSkill Miami provides individuals with training and job opportunities in construction trades - Electrical. Offered in 6-months and 16-weeks terms with classes in locations including Hialeah, FIU Engineering Center, Overtown, and more! 

United Way is committed to driving workforce development and helping boost economic mobility. The new partnership establishes a commitment with Florida International University (FIU)- Construction Trades Program to assist more than 250 individuals with construction and energy training.
